30-Day Refund & Return Policy
At Smart Pet Pulse, we want you to be completely satisfied every time you buy premium smart pet tech. We stand behind the quality of our products, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as expected. That is why we offer a straightforward, GMC-compliant 30-day return policy for all our US customers.
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
It must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase (Order Number).
Restocking Fee
We do not charge any hidden fees. There is a $0.00 Restocking Fee for all returns.
Return Shipping Costs
Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit, or the wrong item entirely, Smart Pet Pulse will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.
Buyer’s Remorse (Change of Mind): If you simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong variant while you were looking to shop smart pet wellness gadgets online, you will be responsible for paying the actual return shipping costs to our US fulfillment warehouse.
How to Initiate a Return (Important)
Please do NOT send your purchase back to the manufacturer, to our Spain registration address, or to our US Virtual Office without authorization.
To start a return, follow these steps:
1. Contact us at admin@smartpetpulse.com with your Order Number and the reason for your return.
2. If your return is accepted, our support team will provide you with a specific Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the exact US Warehouse Return Address.
3. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or refunded.
Refunds Process
Once your return is received and inspected at our US warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your full refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
